We make these videos presumptively for folks who are applying for a Thai visa.  It should be noted that different posts are going to process things in a different manner. There is just sort of administrative discretion that is granted to the Consular Officers within a Consulate post with respect to how they process Visa applications at their Consulate. This will differ even within a mission so the overall Thai mission to Japan from Consulate to Consulate, you may see circumstances differ or I should say the methodology by which the application is processed differ from Consulate to Consulate. 

The other thing to keep in mind, different posts may have different Consular jurisdiction with respect to the types of visas they can issue and the duration of Visa status associated therewith. So different Consulates may or may not be able to issue different categories of visas and they may or may not be able to issue visas with a long-term validity; again depending on the post.
