We generally make these videos presumably for those who are seeking visas to the Kingdom of Thailand. It should be noted that different Consulates have different Consular authority to issue different categories of Visas so some Consulates may or may not be able to issue a certain category of Visa whereas another Consulate may be able to do so. Again from Consulate to Consulate there may be differing authority to issue different amount of length of Visa so the length of Visa which may be issued at one Consulate may not be issued at another Consulate so one Consulate may be able to issue a one-year Visa while another Consulate may only be able to issue a 90-day visa. 

Finally administrative protocols may differ from Embassy to Embassy and Consulate to Consulate. This may differ even within a country so what may work at one Thai Consulate in Spain may work a little differently at another Thai Consulate in Spain.
