We make these videos presumably for folks who are seeking visas to Thailand. It should be noted that from Consulate to Consulate, the way that they process things may differ. The other thing to note is from Consulate to Consulate there may not be the same Consular jurisdiction to issue certain types of Visas. For example it may be possible to obtain a Business Visa in one region and not possible to obtain a Business Visa at another Consulate. So things may differ from that perspective. 

It also should be noted that different Consulates may have differing authority to issue visas of a certain validity. So it may be possible to obtain a Visa for a certain period of time in one place and that ability may be truncated to a lower duration of stay in another place.
