As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing "Big Joke". That is Surachate "Big Joke" Hakparn. He was the former Head of Thai Immigration; he used to be the Immigration Chief and he left that post. It was kind of an abrupt thing and there has been a lot of speculation surrounding what exactly happened there. He was in an inactive civilian position and now apparently he is back and is an active member of the Royal Thai Police Force. 

As of the time of this video, it does not appear that he is part of Immigration. He is not in or heading or anything Thai Immigration right now. However he is an advisor to a pretty high level. It appears he is sort of a consultant, advisor is I guess the right word in matters which may end up pertaining to Immigration, I don't know.

Long story short, at least for now, it does not appear that he will be directly involved in Immigration related matters in Thailand. However, it remains to be seen, we just can't say for sure so as the situation evolves we will definitely try to keep you updated on this channel.
