The Royal Thai Embassy to the United States of America in Washington D.C.

Transcript of the above video:

As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington DC and the address of that post is:

1024 Wisconsin Avenue,
NW, Suite 401, Washington DC,
20007

so that is the address. I am going to go ahead and put this up on the screen here so you can see it.

These are the Consular jurisdictional designations, sort of the borders if you will of the Consular jurisdiction that the various Consulates General in the United States have and the Thai mission to the United States has, physically the Embassy which we are discussing here. Shown in blue is the Royal Thai Embassy Washington DC; that is their jurisdiction which covers Delaware, Maryland, obviously Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. So if you live in any one of those places and you are processing a visa application, well let me be clear there are certain Honorary Consulates that may exist on a state level in some of these places and you may be able to process a visa application from one of those, but if you are looking to process a visa application through the Embassy or Consulate General which in my opinion is going to become more and more frequent as time goes by and I made other videos on this channel discussing why I think that, you are going to have to use the Embassy or Consulate which has Consulate jurisdiction over your visa application.

For those who are interested in processing a visa application to Thailand, be it a Thai Tourist visa, a Thai Business Visa, a Thai O Visa, a Thai Retirement Visa, a Thai Education Visa, all these different kinds of categories, it may not be a terrible idea to contact a legal professional who is well-versed in dealing with the Thai Immigration system in order to gain some insight and guidance as to how the process will work and the documentation required to seek a visa to Thailand in one of the aforementioned categories.
