As the title of this video suggests we are discussing the drafting of Thai Wills in Thailand. I have done a number of videos where I am kind of looking at things going into 2022.

Normally I wouldn't do a video like this going into 2022 or going into any year because things like Thai Wills, they don't really change a lot from year to year. In this instance I will say one aspect of this is timing. We have seen timing issues especially in the latter half of 2021 here in Thailand and I think going into 2022 we are going to see further timing issues mostly as a result of just if you are dealing with Government Offices associated with registration of documentation, this can be slower than usual as sometimes you can't just walk in. Also is the case here in our office when dealing with certain formalities associated with Thai Wills including things like notarization; appointments and the timing associated with that under the circumstances might be a little bit slower.

I think that this will pick up and probably smooth out as 2022 rolls on but something to keep in mind if you are thinking about doing a Thai Will you might want to be planning to do it further ahead of time. Do it as early as you can because there could be some issues associated with timing of getting everything formalized.
