Condo Projects May "Flood the Market" in Thailand?

As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Thai Condos and whether or not the condo market is going to become flooded through the rest of this year. I got to thinking about this reading a recent article from the Thaiger, that is thethaiger.com, the article is titled: Unsold properties saturate Thailand real estate market, may breach 1 trillion Baht. Quoting directly: "Added together, the expected releases and the existing projects still under development are set to flood the market this year with a collective property value exceeding 1 trillion Baht for the first time ever. According to Therdsak Thaveetheerathum, the Deputy Director of the research division of Asia Plus Securities...

"Supply will be too great, even though purchasing power still remains in the market. Developers should be wary as demand will not be as high as in 2018."

Yeah look we had a lot of slow down and projects that were sort of mid-built, they shut down for a while or they were working more slowly so we are seeing a lot of new projects come online; we are also seeing, there are just a number of condos throughout Bangkok, there is no doubt about it. That being said it is kind of a buyer's market; there is a lot of bargains out there. I have talked to folks and they have come to us to due diligence on condos; assist in condo transfer and we have definitely seen the numbers that they are talking about and there is some great deals out there, there is no doubt about it. So those who might be interested in purchasing a condo in Thailand, if you are thinking of doing it or you are looking to do something for more long-term usage, it may not be a terrible time to be looking at the market right now or in coming months because I definitely think that there are going to be bargains out there to be had.
