We have seen a lot of interest from foreign nationals especially in the Cannabis industry here in Thailand; the kind of newly legalized if you will, it is definitely in its infancy let's put it that way, the Cannabis business in a legal sense here in Thailand.

We are starting to see major developments with respect to the ability to engage in this kind of activity, this kind of business and foreign nationals. There are a lot of major issues to talk about foreign nationals. Some things I think folks are not aware of like in certain circumstances what they do might not strictly be considered within the bailiwick so to speak or what they are looking to do in Thailand might not be considered within the bailiwick so to speak of the Cannabis Industry. So, specific types of licensure etc. may not be required. Meanwhile, under other circumstances there may be very stringent licensure that folks aren't even aware of and there may even be ownership quotas and requirements per Thai Law to ensure that the Industry is protected from too much overseas competition or too much foreign competition here in the Kingdom. 

So there is a lot going on in the Cannabis space. It is kind of a fluid situation right now. We have kept our finger pretty carefully on the pulse of this overall issue because there is a lot of foreign interest out there; for no other reason than that.
