As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing Thai Condos. I have had a lot of people contact me and there is an eagerness out there. I mean it really is a buyer's market right now with respect to Thai condominiums because, well quite frankly I think there is something of a glut. I won't say it is a huge glut, I am not aware enough of the statistics to be able to state that categorically but yeah it does appear that there is a substantial supply of Thai Condos.

Meanwhile, the last two years have not been real good in terms of foreign arrivals to Thailand and for this reason I think we are seeing a situation that creates a buyer's market. That being said, I have had a lot of folks, it almost seem like they just came right off the plane and are eager about the first thing they have seen. There is a lot out there folks. Let me just say, there are some real bargains to be had in Thailand with respect to condos. So, just as a kind of general, I hesitate say caution it is not really so much caution, just general advice, it might be a good idea to kind of just slow down, take a minute and really decide is this the place I want to buy and possibly live in for a prolonged period of time because, we have done some due diligence on some things and it doesn't look so good once you start kind of getting into the more nuanced aspects of not only ownership but things like the Juristic Person as well as issues associated with common area fees. All of this needs to be looked at before just jumping into a Thai Condo. 

So the thing to take away from this video is, yeah be eager, be happy, be anxious, whatever you want to call it, but do so with caution. Also, keep your wits about you and don't make a rash decision.
