As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing the notion of finding bargain properties in Thailand. Believe me there are bargain properties to be found here in Thailand right now; definitely a buyer's market. The situation was pretty bad. It looks like things might not be heading in a great direction with respect to tourist numbers.

Long story short the question posed by this is actually finding these bargains. Why I bring this up is it is actually harder than you think. The property market and real estate agents and things here in Thailand, it is not an overly organized situation and it is definitely not streamlined. Some realtors have a really great presence and get themselves out there and get properties out there and get exposure to them and people snap them up relatively quickly. For this reason, if you really looking to buy into the property market here in Thailand, it may be a good idea to contact a good realtor and just have them keep you informed of what is coming online. A lot of times this will happen before it hits the internet. It has been my experience both in a personal capacity as well as when I have been assisting others, if something hits the internet it is almost gone. If it is a good buy, it will get snapped up pretty quickly, it is just the way it goes. 

So the thing to take away from this video is yeah bargain properties are out there and there can be some real value for money out there but you may have to do some leg work to go ahead and find them.
