As the title of this video suggests, we are discussing tax certification associated with corporate domiciles here in Thailand. So what are you talking about, Ben? That is a lot of legalese. 

Well basically we are talking about the fact that if you are dealing with for example a so-called Virtual Office or something of this nature for housing your corporation, you are going to need to bear in mind that there are certain things to be concerned about with respect to requisite tax documentation that need to be lined up in order to maintain a Work Permit and a Business Visa using that address. 

This is a problem we saw a lot some years ago, less so now but that might be because when we are dealing with our clients if they haven't dealt with anybody else, we tend to put them where they need to go and we tend to put them in a place that will get them all the documentation in relatively short order so that they can get their Work Permit and Business Visa sorted out relatively quickly. 

The thing to take away from this video is any office you use in Thailand you need to be aware that there needs to be certain requisite tax documentation associated with that and it may be a good idea from a due diligence standpoint to ascertain whether or not the landlords of said Real Estate are going to be willing to be cooperative in getting that documentation issued.
